She has curated and cocurated multiple exhibitions, such as Shattering the Void: Realms of Meaning in East Asian Art and Rooted, Revived, and Reinvented: Basketry in America ... She completed her undergraduate work at KU (B.A. in chemistry and Spanish), and has held the post of conservator for KU Libraries since 2002.
