I have read that the x50 has different stepper motors and ball screw than x35. Is this only on the X axis? Or are all the stepper motors different. Looking at an older x35 woodworker. Would want to upgrade to x50. Hopefully just the X axis is different so when I get the new X50, it would essentially be the same specs as a new one. Thanks.

The Woodworker has two variants, X-50, and the X-35, the only difference between the two being the diameter of the cylindrical shaft used on the X-axis. I’m most interested in the X-35 Woodworker; but possibly the X-50 Woodworker. Using the shipping labels on the boxes for mine the X50 Journeyman X rail shows 60 lbs and the Y rail box shows 45 lbs.
